１．カップロールとは
由利カップロール（グラビアロール）とは、ロール表面に塗工液供給の連続幾何学模様を機械彫刻したロールを指します。
約100年の彫刻技術から製作される由利カップロールは、フレキソ／グラビア印刷、グラビアコーティング、
磁気塗料コーティング、ラミネートコーティング等のおいて貴社がインキ、樹脂、粘着液、磁性体、潤滑等
を塗工する際のいろいろな問題を解決します。

２．カップロールによる一般的な塗工方法(General methods of coating using cup rolls)
直接法(Direct method)
金属ロールの全表面に細かい彫刻加工を施し、そのロールを液槽に
浸して回転させます。
ドクターブレードを接圧して、彫刻凹部に残った塗工液のみを基材に
転写すると、一定の精密な量が皮膜として得られます。
塗工液の粘土や基材により、ロール彫刻形状、メッシュの深さが
それぞれ異なります。
The entire surface of the metal roll is engraved
with an
extremely fine pattern.
The roll is immersed in an ink pan
and rotated. A doctor
blade is held against the roll under pressure to remove the ink.
The ink trapped in the engraved parts
of the roll is
transferrred to the web to give it a uniform and precise coating.
The engraved design,mesh and depth
of the roll vary according
to the web and the ink viscosity.
間接法(Indirect method)
一定量のインキ（または糊、パウダー）を正確に汲み上げ転移させる
最も簡単な方法です。カップロールの表面に彫刻されたメッシュの容積
は一定であり、表面の余分なインキ幕をドクターブレードで除けば
インキを自動的に安定供給します。
由利カップロールはスチールロールの表面に直接彫刻が可能であり、
ロール表面を研磨、羽布し機械彫刻（ミール彫刻）を行っています。
もちろん、ユーザーの要望により、銅メッキをした上からの彫刻も
承ります。
This is the simplist method for accurately
picking up
and transferring fixed amounts of ink
,glue or powder.
The volume per mesh engraved into the
surface of the
cup roll is constant.
This means that excess after ink on the metal surface is
taken up by a doctor blade and
then a constant amount of
ink is automaticaly supplied.
The steel surfaces of Yuri cup rolls
can be engraved and
directly milled after being polished.
We also engrave on
the copper plated roll by customer's
request.
